We process orders the same business day from our warehouse in Surrey, BC. From there, delivery typically runs 2–5 business days in Canada and 3–6 in the US. (Estimates, not guarantees.)

Yes. The US and Canada get free shipping on bundles; every other country is a flat US$14.99. International delivery usually takes 10–20 business days.

As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking link. We don't have a self-serve tracking portal yet, so if you can't find that email, reply to your confirmation or contact hello@classictees.com.

For orders outside Canada, any customs fees, import duties or taxes are set by the destination country and collected by the carrier on delivery — they're not included in the shipping price.

You've got 30 days from delivery to return unworn tees with no restocking fees. Return shipping is at your own cost, and bundles can be returned in full or in part.

Email returns@classictees.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return. We'll reply with approval and the address to ship to.

We don't — there's no prepaid label. Once your return is approved, you ship the items back with any carrier you like, at your own cost.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we refund your original payment method within about 5 business days. Your bank may take another 3–5 to post it.

Yes. Email returns@classictees.com and we'll walk you through swapping a size or colour.

Our tees are engineered to hold their size. If one shrinks within 30 days of delivery after a normal wash following the care instructions,we'll replace it. The same goes for fading or losing its shape.

A proprietary engineered cotton blend built to resist shrinking and fading and keep its shape wash after wash. It's soft and breathable with a premium hand-feel.

No-fade is part of the guarantee. The colour is designed to stay deep and even — if it fades within 30 days following the care instructions, we'll replace it.

For best results:

• Machine wash cold, inside out, with like colours
• Tumble dry low or hang to dry
• Skip the bleach and fabric softener
• Give it a wash before first wear to set the fit
