At Classic Tees, your satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be completely in love with your purchase, and if for any reason you're not, we make returns simple and stress-free.
This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds, exchanges, and replacements are processed. It applies to all purchases made through our website classictees.com.
In plain English:You have 30 days to return any item for a full refund, free of charge. If your tee shrinks, we'll replace it at any time — even years later. We make this as easy as possible.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
- In its original condition (or with reasonable wear from trying on)
- Original tags attached when possible
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)
We Accept Returns On
- Unworn items with original tags
- Items that have been tried on
- Washed items (under our quality guarantee)
- Bundle items (full or partial returns)
- Sale and discounted items (with some exceptions — see below)
Yes, we accept washed items. If you washed it once and decided it's not for you, that's okay. We resell or recycle returned items responsibly.
Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, some items cannot be returned. These include:
- Gift cards — All sales final
- Items marked "Final Sale"— Clearly indicated at checkout
- Items returned after 30 days— Outside our return window
- Items damaged by customer misuse — Not eligible for refund
- Items without proof of purchase— Cannot be processed
- Items sent back without emailing us first— We can’t process unannounced returns
Heavy damage or stains: Items returned with significant damage (rips, permanent stains, alterations) beyond normal wear are not eligible for refunds. We reserve the right to send these items back at the customer's expense.

Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. We cannot issue refunds to a different card or account.
What's Refunded
- Item cost: Full price paid (including any discounts applied)
- Shipping costs: Refunded if entire order is returned and shipping was paid (express/overnight)
- Sales tax: Refunded proportionally
- Return shipping: Free for US orders; international returns paid by customer (see Section 10)

Need a different size or color? We make exchanges easy.
How Exchanges Work
- Start an exchange by emailing returns@classictees.com
- Select the new item, size, or color you'd like
- We ship your replacement immediately (no waiting for the old item to arrive)
- Send back the original item within 14 days (return shipping at your own cost)
Instant Exchange: We ship your new item right away — no need to wait for us to receive the original. This means you get your replacement in just 3–5 business days.
Price Differences
If the new item costs more, we'll charge the difference. If it costs less, we'll refund the difference to your original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll make it right immediately at no cost to you.

What We Cover

Important: PPhotos help us process your claim faster and improve our quality control. We can't process damage claims without visual evidence.
No-Shrink Guarantee
We stand behind our tees with the strongest guarantee in the industry. If your shirt shrinks after a normal wash, we'll replace it free of charge — at any time, with no time limit.

What's Not Covered
- Damage caused by improper care (hot water, high heat drying, bleach)
- General wear and tear over time
- Items washed in industrial machines (commercial laundry)
- Alterations or modifications made to the garment
How to File a Claim

- Include your order number (we’ll find the rest)
- Upload a photo of the shrunk tee next to a measuring tape
- We'll ship a replacement within 24 hours
Forever guarantee: Unlike our 30-day return window, the No-Shrink Guarantee has no expiration date. Your tee shrinks in 5 years? We'll still replace it.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within the timelines listed in Section 5, please follow these steps before contacting us:
Step 1: Check Your Bank Account
Refunds often appear with a slight delay. Double-check your account and pending transactions.
Step 2: Contact Your Credit Card Company
Banks and card issuers sometimes take additional processing time. Some refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear.
Step 3: Contact Your Bank
If your card has been refunded but the funds aren't visible, your bank may be holding the refund temporarily.
Step 4: Contact Us
If you've completed the steps above and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at refunds@classictees.com with:
- Your order number
- The date of your return
- Tracking number from your return shipment
- A screenshot of the missing transaction (if available)
We'll investigate immediately and either confirm the refund or process it again within 48 hours.
International Returns
For customers outside the United States, return policies vary based on your location.
Eligible Returns
All international orders are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. However, the process and costs differ from US returns.
International Return Process

- We'll provide instructions specific to your country
- You will be responsible for return shipping costs (we recommend tracked shipping)
- Customs duties and taxes paid are non-refundable
- Refunds are processed in USD; currency conversion fees may apply
Defective International Orders
If your international order arrives damaged or defective, we will cover return shipping costs. Contact us with photos within 7 days of delivery.
EU/UK Customers: You have additional rights under consumer protection laws, including a 14-day "right of withdrawal" period that begins after delivery. Contact us for details on exercising these rights.
Order Cancellations
You can cancel your order for a full refund before it ships. Once shipped, the order falls under our standard return policy.
